To be eligible for a return

Purchase From Our Warehouse Collection ONLY

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and clear garment packaging with SKU label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Need help? You can contact us at info@mygoodyshop.com. We will get back to you within 24-72 hours with shipping instructions on how and where to send your package.  A return authorization number will be provided.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept exchanges of any kind for the following:

All digital products, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

     **Luxury Collection items are made to order (special orders) sales are final.  At our discretion, any approved returns must be completed within 7 days of delivery date.  Only store credit will be issued.** Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


    Refunds/Store Credit

    Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  Upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (25% return fee applies) or full refund for store credit/gift card will be issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
    • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

    By purchasing any digital product from MyGoodyShop, you agree to the following terms:


    1. Digital Product Format

    All digital products sold by MyGoodyShop are delivered in electronic format (PDF, downloadable files, or digital access links). No physical items will be shipped.


    2. Instant Access

    Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital file(s). Delivery is automatic and sent to the email address provided at checkout.


    3. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

    Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.

    MyGoodyShop does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products under any circumstances.


    4. Personal Use License

    Your purchase includes a personal-use-only license. You may:

    • Download the file

    • Print it for personal use

    • Use it privately for your own lifestyle, planning, or organization

    You may NOT:

    • Share, resell, or redistribute the file

    • Upload it to any website

    • Claim the content as your own

    • Use it commercially

    • Modify it for resale

    Violations may result in legal action.


    5. Download Issues

    If you experience technical issues accessing your file, MyGoodyShop will assist you in receiving your purchase. This does not include refunds — only help accessing the file you bought.

    7. Updates & Revisions

    MyGoodyShop may update or improve digital products over time. Customers may receive updated versions at our discretion, but updates are not guaranteed.
